Malayalam Movie " Ustad Hotel " coming to Tamil.
The Malayalam superhit Ustad Hotel that brought Mammootty's son Dulquer Salmaan to the limelight in Mollywood is coming to Tamil. Vikram Prabhu, whose Kumki became a superhit, has been roped in for the lead role in the movie. Sarathkumar is likely to do the role immortalized by Thilakan in the original.Directed by Anwar Rasheed and written by Anjali Menon, Ustad Hotel brought about a change in Malayalam movies and proved that even small time movies with a strong storyline can make it big at the boxoffice.Ustad Hotel won the Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment, Best Screenplay for Anjali Menon and a Special Mention for Thilakan, at the 60th National Film Awards (2012). It must be noted that Thilakan was much appreciated by the Tamil audience for his foxy villain act in Shathriyan against Vijaykanth.
Deepika is acting as a " Tamil Girl ".
Deepika Padukone's second movie with SRK, after the hugely successful Om Shanti Om, will be Chennai Express. Directed by Rohit Shetty, Chennai Express will have Deepika playing a Tamil girl with a pronounced South Indian accent.Deepika, who declared recently that she is familiar with Tamil as she is from South India, has tried her luck with the accent in the movie. She also went on to say that she learnt a few words from Superstar Rajinikanth when she worked with him in Kochadaiyaan.
http://indiancinemaspot.blogspot.com/Dhanush's Raanjhanaa has been received with mostly positive reviews and the star's performance has endeared him to everyone who has seen the movie. Rahman's music is the other big backbone and audiences are slowly flocking to the theaters, thanks to the positive word of mouth for this Aanand Rai film.
The trailer of Vijay's Thalaivaa has been met with a massive response by fans and the stats on YouTube are mind-boggling. In just over a day since the release of the trailer, it has already garnered 1.045 million hits with more than 14600 likes. That Vijay's birthday also coincided with the trailer's release has just increased its visibility even more. The trailer is superbly cut and shows that Thalaivaa is a slick commercial entertainer with a message. Vijay looks dashing in two distinct character demarcations and Amala Paul looks pretty. Santhanam's wisecracks might prove to be another big highlight along with G V Prakash's rocking background score. The frenzy and hype for the movie has just increased and as it nears release, it will reach fever pitch.
